To view reports select the Reports hyperlink from the top of the
main time sheet screen. The Reports screen
will then appear:
The Report Selector screen allows the viewing of several different time
data reports. The Report screen consists
of two parts: filters and report list.
The report filters allow you to limit the amount of data seen on the
reports. The Date Filter is used to limit
reports to a user-defined time period. The time period defaults to the
current week but can be changed to any time
period. Select a division to show only time charged to that division.
This filter is only available to the main Administrator account. The
Employee filter will only be seen by administrators and
manager. The Employee filter allows you to
select an employee to show only time entered by that employee. The
Client filter allows you to Select
a client to show only time charged to that client. The
Project filter allows you to select a project
to show only time charged to that project. The Task filter allows you
to select a task to show only time charged
to that task. The Timesheet status filter will show only time having
the selected status.
The report list shows all the reports that exist in the Timesheets
reports folder.
To show the report click the Print Preview icon at the bottom of the screen.
