Meeting
Manager Version 8 is now available!
Version 8 has
many new improvements. Most
significantly the Web edition has been completely re-written. Meeting
Manager Web now contains its own web server. This eliminates
the need to configure and maintain a complex web server like
Microsoft's IIS. Meeting Manager Web now also makes use of
AJAX technologies to provide an easier to use user interface. The
database engine and reporting engine have
also been
updated.

There are four different
editions of Meeting
Manager: Meeting Manager Standard, Meeting Manager Client/Server,
Meeting Manager Enterprise and
Meeting Manager Web.

System
requirements
CyberMatrix Meeting Manager runs on Windows XP,
2003 Server, Vista, 2008
Server, Windows 7, 2011 Server and Windows 8.
System requirements: 64 MB RAM and 20 MB hard
disk space.
For Meeting Manager Client/Server we recommend a dedicated XP,
2003 server, Vista, 2008 server or Windows 7 machine with 500 MB RAM
and power backup to host the Meeting
Manager server application.
For Meeting Manager Web a dedicated
Windows XP,
2003 server, Vista, 2008 server or Windows 7 machine
is recommended. The clients require only a web browser. Meeting Manager
Enterprise requires a database server such as
Microsoft SQL
server, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
The software has a 30 non-consecutive day time limit.
