Employee
Project Clock Version 6 Released
CyberMatrix has released version 6 of Employee
Project
Clock, an easy to use employee time entry system. Employee Project
Clock is used by companies that
must record the project work times of several employees
from one or more workstations. Version 6 of Employee Project Clock
contains several important
improvements. The most significant change in version 6 is the addition
of a time server
feature that ensures all workstations will use the same time and
prevents tampering. Using a time server prevents employees from being
able to fudge the time spent on activities by temporarily changing the
system clock. In addition, the database and reporting engines
have been updated.
Businesses of all kinds can save time and money by replacing their
old time card system with Employee Project Clock. In older time card
system all information was stored on paper cards. This information had
to be re-entered into a database in order to generate reports and
charts. In Employee Project Clock the data is stored right in the
software database. The included reporting engine can be used to view
virtually any kind of report or chart desired. Reports not included in
the system can be easily designed by the customer. Staff at CyberMatrix
can also build custom reports, often at no extra charge.Employee Project Clock has been designed to be easy to use.
The interface is intuitive and clean. Employees can quickly enter their
times and get right back to work. Employee
time can be further broken down by selecting an optional client,
project or task. Employees can also be split
up into shifts. Administrators can manage projects and expenses and
even build their own reports using the improved custom
reporting feature.
Employee Project Clock runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0,
2000, XP, 2003 server and Vista.
System requirements: Pentium, 32 MB RAM
and 20 MB hard disk space.
Employee Project Clock costs $75 (US) for a single-user
license. Multi-user and site licenses are available.
Time-limited
trial versions can be obtained free of charge from http://www.cybermatrix.com/.
