Project Clock Version 9 Released

CyberMatrix Corporation has released version 9 of Project Clock, an easy to use project time recording  and time billing software application. Project Clock is useful for consultants, lawyers, engineers, contractors, project managers or anyone else who must accurately track the time spent on different projects. Version 9 of Project Clock contains several important improvements. The most significant change in version 9 is the complete rewrite of the Project Clock Web edition. The database engine and reporting engine have also been updated. Project Clock CE now supports Windows Mobile 6 and square screen devices.

Project Clock has several different editions to accommodate the needs of various customer types. Project Clock comes in Standard, Pro, Client/Server, and Web editions. The Standard, Pro and Client/Server editions have a simple intuitive graphical interface. While the Pro edition can be used with multiple users over a network, the Client/Server edition is better suited for large numbers of users. Both the Client/Server and Web editions can be used with multiple users accessing project time data over the company intranet or even the Internet. Project Clock Web allows time entry using any web browser on virtually any operating system, not just Windows. Project Clock Palm runs on hand-held computers running PalmOS. Project Clock for Pocket PC runs on hand-held computers running Windows CE or Windows Mobile.

Project Clock runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003 Server and Vista. System requirements: Pentium, 64 MB RAM and 20 MB hard disk space.
For Project Clock Client/Server and Project Clock Web a dedicated NT4, W2K, XP, 2003 server or Vista server with 500 MB RAM and power backup to host the Project Clock server application is recommended. Project Clock Web clients require only a web browser. Project Clock Palm requires a Palm device running PalmOS v3.5 or higher. Project Clock CE requires a PocketPC device running Windows CE or Windows Mobile.

Project Clock Standard and Web costs $35 (US) for a single-user license, Project Clock Pro costs $55 (US) for a single-user license, Project Clock C/S costs $75 (US) for a single license. Project Clock Palm and CE cost $20 for a single license. Multi-user and site licenses are available. Time-limited trial versions can be downloaded free of charge from cybermatrix.com.
