Principles
Because your privacy is very important to us,
CyberMatrix operates by
the following principles:

CyberMatrix explicitly asks when it needs
information that personally
identifies you ("Personal Information"). For purposes of mailing lists
and support requests we ask for your first and last name and e-mail
address.
Principle 2.
Your Personal
Information is not used for demographic statistics. CyberMatrix keeps
all of your Personal Information private and does not share it with any
third parties. We will not disclose your Personal Information unless
acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1)
conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect
and defend the rights or property of CyberMatrix; (3) act to protect
the interests of other people.
Principle 3.
We will not send you any unsolicited information,

except as mentioned in the following. Customers of CyberMatrix software
will automatically be placed on special customer mailing lists for that
product. These lists serve to inform customers about new releases and
general news about the product. Those who contact us regarding support
issues or feature requests will be notified when the issues have been
resolved or implemented.
Principle 4.
No
installed
CyberMatrix software products will ever collect any user information
and/or distribute it to any source without the explicit
informed
knowledge and consent of said user.
Principle 5.
A
single cookie is set and used in this site, but this tracks nothing
more personal than the URL of the page that referred you to this site,
and the date of that referral. No other information is stored, and no
attempt to store personal data is made. The referral information is
used only to gauge the success of our marketing expenditures.
