• We've been searching for some time for a replacement for our aging
scheduling software, and were thrilled to find Cybermatrix.
It's powerful, and yet simple and intuitive to use, so first-time users
won't be intimidated.
Not only have we been incredibly impressed with the software itself,
but the customer service has been astounding. In all of my
years working with hardware and software, I have never before
experienced nearly instantaneous responses to e-mailed
questions-- and from knowledgeable and helpful staff who have
completely and fully addressed my questions and needs.
Bravo! The entire computer field should be filled with people
like those at Cybermatrix!
Only rarely these days does anyone have the pleasure of finding a
company that not only shows genuine concern for its customers, but
actually makes a product that does what it is claimed to do.
Cybermatrix is nearly alone in producing a tremendous and wonderful
product, and for raising the bar on customer service and technical
support to an entirely new level.

Just wanted to say how much Pro-Scheduler has
revolutionised our
service here at Coventry University, Great Britain. We purchased
Pro-Scheduler a while ago and I can only say how it has transformed our
service here. As receptionist for a large team I had messy paper
diaries to contend with, which meant so many double booking of
appointments and constant re-checking of diary entries. Now our team
are able to check instantly what commitments are in the diary from the
comfort of their own offices, without having to come down the reception
area many times during the course of the day. It has made life SO much
easier for me!!! We are so happy with the system that we are about to
purchase additional seats for our licence for another team here at our
University to use.
Additionally the customer support and prompt response we have received
is exemplary. We can highly recommend the system to anyone who may wish
to purchase it.

highly recommend this software. The Link Youth Health Service is a non
government organisation working with young people aged 12 - 24 re
health issues. We have 7 permanent staff as well as sessional workers.
We had looked around for computer diary software, but none seemed to
meet all of our needs until we came across Pro Sched.
With Pro Sched we can see what all workers are doing on any given day,
we can all use the program at the same time and make changes - all
seven workers have Prosched up and running all day - we couldn't live
without it now.
It was also software that was in our price range.
Couldn't recommend this software any higher.

When our healthcare business started looking for scheduling software
three years ago, we found a huge discrepancy in the features offered in
the market and some of the programs were poorly written (in fact many
of them still are) and cost thousands more. We consider ourselves
fortunate to have found Cybermatrix ProSched online. We have been using
ProSched (we started when it was version 3 still and now we run
ProSched Client Server 6) for three years now and I cannot beleive how
much the software has paid for itself many times over. We have 99.99%
uptime and it is blazing fast. We run a 4-seat license of the Client
Server edition and we have a Microsoft SBS2003 installation. When you
click on the client, the data appears blazing fast from the server.
ProSched is extremely stable (and I am a very picky critic usually),
reliable, easy to use, requires no programming knowledge whatsoever. Of
course, a basic understanding of tables in a database will help most
folks get the most out of the phenomenal Data Manager built into the
ProSched engine.
The rare times when I
have needed help
with the software, the email support has been phenomenal with a capital
'P'. Recently, we had a minor question about the Server install when we
applied the version 6 update, and we heard from the support team during
the Christmas holiday. What else can I say?
If
you are in
a business enviornment where scheduling is important like dentists,
chirporactors, optical shops, any healthcare facility or a gym/fitness
type of business, GET PROSCHED. I continue to demo various scheduling
programs from all over the world and nothing has come close to
ProSched's value or performance. If you read this review (which by the
way was unsolicited), buy ProSchedule and even if you get half
the
productivity that our business has realized from ProSchedule the last
three years, you will be in great shape.

am a user of ProSched and have found it to perform well in a single
practitioner medical clinic environment with 3 license seats on a Win
XP network. I have been actually using the software for 3+ months now
on a daily basis with only a few needs to call tech. support. They have
been helpful and have always resolved my concerns promptly. My staff
has learned to use it quickly and I can train a new person in the
basics in 10-15 minutes.
I have no complaints or negative comments. This is very a very
cost-effective product that appears to be well supported.

...we were searching for a calendar that we could use on all computers
within our network where all staff members appear on the screen so that
booking appointments can be done at any computer with ease. The ProShed
Calendar does exactly this. We have been very pleased with the
calendar, there are a few small things which we have had to use
differently in order to meet our needs (as we are not a doctor's
surgery but a counselling service), however this calendar has been
fantastic. We have students working within our service on a regular
basis, and all have been suprised at the calendar stating that it is so
easy and useful and that they have not seen anything like it on their
other placements. Even better, you can throw away the only diary and
pencil!!!
