In small to
large organizations meeting rooms are usually a very valuable resource. Groups of
people need to meet privately to discuss important topics. Such
meetings often involve a great deal of planning. In fact often the
meeting is dependent on finding an available meeting room.
As
well as just the meeting room itself other things need to be planned
for as well. For instance, with longer meetings catering may be
required. Often certain equipment will be needed such as a projector,
whiteboard or other audio visual equipment.
