Windows Technical Support
You can hire us by the hour to fix Windows problems, fix database issues, fix website issues, perform backups, install software and perform maintenance. The hourly rate is $50 CAD with a 20 minute minimum $17).
Remote or On Site Service
We can either work on your problems remotely or come on site. A small non-refundable travel charge may apply for on site work.
We can help you with most Windows-related technical problems by using the free uVNC software to temporarily take control of your machine. To start, download and install the last uVNC server listed here: click here. (Be very careful to click on the #1 download link at the bottom not the Green button.) Then call or email us with your connection details so we can start a remote session with you.
We can also work with most other remote connection software you already use.
If We Can't Fix It You Don't Pay
We guarantee that if your problems cannot be resolved at all during normal business hours you will not be charged for the work. We reserve the right to not undertake work with little chance of resolution.

24 Hour Paid Emergency Support
You may call (250)503-1009 for pay as you go emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each emergency support incident is subject to a $100 per hour charge with a 20 minute minimum. Emergency phone support may be paid for by any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal or prepaid by check or money order.
